Incorpo Studio is suitable for employees suffering from various types of acute or chronic back pain, including Disc Herniation/Protrusion, Degenerated Disc, Scoliosis, Spinal Fusion, Stenosis, Spondylolysis, Spondylolisthesis, Osteoporosis, and Osteoarthritis. Additionally, our program for Non-Specific Back Pain is ideal for those experiencing back pain or joint stiffness due to daily activities or a sedentary lifestyle. While we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, our exercise recommendations aim to support recovery. Employees should seek medical clearance, when necessary, before starting any exercise program and follow their healthcare provider’s advice.

We recommend daily practice, starting with the quick mobility routine followed by the other videos in the “Today’s” section of the program. However, employees should always follow their doctor’s advice regarding exercise frequency and intensity for safety.
