Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise that was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. It is a low-impact form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility and balance, and promoting overall body awareness and control.

ELDOA
The ELDOA method (Étirements Longitudinaux avec Decoaptation Ostéo Articulaire) is a form of exercise that involves performing specific postures or positions to create tension in certain areas of the body with the aim of reducing compression and increasing space within the joints. This method was developed by French osteopath Guy Voyer D.O. and is popular among athletes, dancers, and people with various musculoskeletal conditions.

FRC
Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is a comprehensive joint training system, based in scientific principles and research, focusing on joint strength, mobility development and body control. These benefits translate to having healthier joints, better overall movement capacity and reduced risk of injury. This method was developed by word-renowned musculoskeletal expect Dr. Andreo Spina.

Myofascial Stretching
Myofascial stretching is a technique that aims to improve flexibility, range of motion, and overall movement function and posture by targeting the body’s fascial system. This leads to a better quality of movement of the tissues in relation to one another.

Yoga
