The profiling questionnaire contains some very specific physical conditions (Disc protrusion/bulge/herniation, Stenosis, Spondylolysis/spondylolisthesis, Degenerated disc, Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, Osteoarthritis, Spinal fusion), as well as specific joints (e.g. L4-L5). You should select those options only if you are absolutely certain that they apply to you, as confirmed by your healthcare professional.

If you experience back pain but you do not suffer from a specific condition or injury, please select “Non-specific back pain” and the general area(s) on the silhouette.

If you experience sciatica, it is important to understand the root cause behind it, as there could be a variety of reasons that cause this type of pain.

Incorpo Studio is for everyone who wants to exercise accurately, following controlled movements, strengthen their joints and muscles, improve their posture and range of motion, prevent injury, relieve pain or even stress.

With 5 levels of difficulty, it truly allows everyone to get started safely with their healthy habits, as each level prepares you for the next. You want to be working at your maximum pain-free range of motion and effort, however never through pain! Your body will feel the work during and possibly post-workout (feeling a little pain or discomfort between 2-4 hours after exercising can be normal).

While the profiling questionnaire offers 3 levels, it is then possible to make it easier from the lowest level, and harder from the highest level, making it 5.

If you have any spine mobility limitations you can still perform cardio, mobility, and strength training safely with incorpo studio, as the exercises that we deem potentially harmful will be removed from your library based on your profile.

Incorpo studio can be used on your desktop or mobile device. If you prefer to use it from your mobile device, please download the app from the app store.

Of course incorpo studio will allow you to exercise anytime and anywhere, on any device!

It is the natural curvature of the spine whereby the lumbar and cervical have a slight extension while the thoracic has a slight flexion. This is the optimal position of the spine for absorbing shock and therefore protecting the back. It is important to find your individual alignment, with the help of our free tutorial, while respecting the body limits. Neutral spine alignment goes hand in hand with neutral pelvic alignment.

It is the alignment of the pelvis where the pubic symphysis and the anterior superior iliac spine (abbreviated: ASIS) are aligned and facing to the direction of your movement. This position of the pelvis allows for the natural curvature of the spine to form and acts as a link between the upper and lower body. Neutral pelvis is necessary to achieve neutral spine, but not visa versa. When in neutral alignment of the pelvis, you can still find spinal flexion, extension and rotation.

According to WHO, people between the ages of 18 and 64 should be aiming for 2 ½ to 5 hours per week of moderate intensity aerobic activity, or 1 ¼ to 2 ½ hours per week of vigorous intensity aerobic activity, which you can achieve with the exercises from our High Intensity category. In addition, 2 or more days per week of strength training, which you can achieve with the exercises from our Strength category. We recommend for you to include regular mobility work, from our Mobility category, to maintain healthy and mobile joints. Lastly, in addition to your workouts, daily practice of the Quick Mobility Routine and the Breathing Exercises, from your Program, will help you achieve optimal results.

There is a free version offering access to limited content, not limited in time, and accessible without having to provide any payment details. This will create your personal Program, with access to 2 personalized workouts, the morning mobility routine and daily breathwork. Additionally, you will have access to all the videos in your Essentials and one workout in your Moods section. It is therefore strongly recommended, if you start with the free version, that you focus your answers to one, or maximum two, main goal(s).

We regularly use Yoga blocks, light weights and occasionally a yoga belt or a small towel. If you do not have some or any of these, you can always try to replace these props with household items such as books, bottles and regular belts.

The incorpo studio subscription is paid quarterly (equivalent $4.38/week) or yearly (equivalent $3.23/week) in advance, then automatically renewed unless changed. To cancel your subscription, you can either downgrade to the Free membership or request for a full cancellation of your account. Any change is effective as of the end of the current cycle (quarterly or yearly) as there are no refunds.
